Basic Needs

D4S will provide essential support to formerly incarcerated individuals and people experiencing homelessness, directly addressing their need for stability and basic provisions. Through group therapy and supportive programming, D4S will help these individuals achieve stability, reduce risks of homelessness, and build a foundation for sustainable housing.

Financial Stability

D4S will equip participants with the skills needed to secure stable housing and overcome employment barriers. D4S's life skills workshops and mentoring in financial management, responsible conduct, and self-sufficiency will enable participants to transition into a financially stable environment. This program will address the root causes of instability, enhancing participants' readiness for employment and long-term housing retention.

Health

D4Sā€™s supportive group therapy model ensures access to crucial mental health services for underserved populations. By prioritizing mental health support, D4S aligns with the strategy to increase engagement in mental health services for at-risk individuals. Through structured therapy sessions and emotional support activities, D4S aims to improve participants' overall well-being, fostering resilience and reducing relapse risks into homelessness.
